Curt Bradley is a graduate of Landon School (Bethesda, MD), The University of Virginia and the George Washington University Law School.
Curt served three years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.Professionally he has practiced real estate, land use and federal regulatory law and worked in real estate development specializing in “infill” properties.
A native of Northern Virginia, Curt had long wanted to escape its hustle and bustle. Charlottesville, where he had gone to school and visited often, is a perfect blend of culture, activity, location and size. After much discussion, Curt persuaded his wife, Maristeve, that Charlottesville was the place to be, and three and a half years ago they relocated to a home in Earlysville.
Looking for a way to put his previous legal and development experiences to good use, Curt joined Montague Miller & Co REALTORS®, a well-established (founded in 1948) highly regarded firm of real estate professionals with deep roots in and knowledge of Central Virginia. He is ready to address any of your real estate questions and needs.
Curt likes to spend his leisure hours hiking with his dogs, wandering the back roads of Albemarle County and rooting for UVA’s athletic teams, especially soccer and basketball.
